Hole # 1
The first hole on the course is a challenging par 4. The fairway is hidden far below the hill, 210 yards from the first tee. A tee shot out of the chute of trees 100 yards from the tee will make accuracy a premium. Anything left will bound into the fairway off the side of a steep hill. Going right is jail with no parole.
If a player is fortunate to hit the fairway off the tee, they will be faced with a shot to an eye level green with a beautiful backdrop of a tree lined creek and bluffs surrounding the back of the green.
The green is protected by a front right bunker, which makes the back right pin placement difficult. If you’re fortunate enough to catch the superintendent on a good day, a front left pin will reward a good shot every time.
